The group was established by Late Gh. Ahmed Bala primarily as Kashmiri Handicrafts Business in
early seventies and then taken over by the present CEO of the company Mr. Mushtaq Bala, as a young, dynamic and creative business professional Mushtaq Bala took the company to new heights, the company which was once housed in a 10x15 rented office room is now one of the leading companies in Travel, Film Production and Electrical Engineering, having its own offices at Srinagar, Delhi and Mumbai.
